Return Policy
We love happy customers! Prior to shipping we perform one last quality check to ensure your order is perfect. However, If an item is defective upon arrival you must contact us within seven days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution. You must email us blackmillenniumstudio@gmail.com with clear pictures of the defective to qualify for a refund. In some instances we will require the return of the item to qualify for a refund.
